Exercise Update!

Hi guys, for those who saw my previous post, ‘Putting an End to Procrastination’ this is just a follow up. I have started my exercise routine and I have stuck to it. (Talk about commitment… Lol) it’s still early though but I know what I want to achieve so I can’t stop now.

I will be honest the past few days of exercise have been rough. I was in so much pain and when I went to school my friends laughed at me because they couldn’t believe I started exercising. I have made some progress, each day I increment the amount of crunches I do and guess what I’ve even done some push ups! I’m excited about that one because I couldn’t even do one push up before (it’s bad I know, don’t judge me) but now I’m doing 10! I’ve also decided to take a healthier route in life. I’ve only been drinking water. Occasionally, a little orange juice. That’s another major step for me.

My motivation not only comes from the end result of exercise but from my boyfriend who supports me, telling me that I can do it. He even started the healthy living as well.
I’d love to hear from anyone else who’s put an end to procrastination, no matter what aspect of life it is.
